Limited Warranty

ProLink International warrants its new products and its parts against defects in material and/or workmanship during the specified warranty period. During this period, ProLink will, at its sole option, repair or replace a defective product or part without charge to you, excluding shipping. 
 
Warranty Period: 
Wise Wing LCD Monitors are warranted for one (1) year for parts, one (1) year labor and one (1) year on the backlight of the products from the date of original retail purchase. 
 
These Limited warranties only extend to: 
  1. Products distributed by ProLink International.
  2. Defects in materials and/or workmanship, which occur during normal use. 
  3. The original consumer purchaser and to no other purchaser or transferee.
  4. Products purchased and operated in the Continental U.S.A. 
 These Limited warranties do not extend to: 
  1. Physical damage to products or parts resulting from
    • Alteration, repair, modification, faulty installation or service by anyone other than Service Center authorized by ProLink International. 
    • Accident, abuse or misuse, or maintenance, mishandling, misapplication, or use in violation of instructions furnished by ProLink International. This includes puncture and damage to LCD display panel due to penetration of sharp/pointed objects. (i.e. pencil, pen) 
    • Any damage, which occurs in shipment.
    • Any damage caused by acts of GOD, such as lightening or line surges.
  2. Warranty will be voided if the original serial number on the product is removed by accident or intentionally. 
  3. Products with dead pixels within the allowed number under the dead pixel policy of 4,4,8 (light, dark, total).
  4. Products purchased through auctions/online auctions will not be covered by manufacturer warranty. 
  5. Open Box/Clearance/Close Out or Display products carry NO WARRANTY and are sold “AS IS”. Missing items will not be replaced by ProLink.
 Limitation of Implied Warranties:  
ALL WARRANTIES REQUIRED TO BE IMPLIED BY STATE LAW ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE.   
 
Exclusion of Implied Warranties: 
WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ANY WARRANTIES REQUIRED TO BE IMPLIED BY STATE LAW AS HEREBY LIMITED, THE FOREGOING EXPRESS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES.   
 
IN NO EVENT SHALL PROLINK INTERNATIONAL BE LIABLE FOR: 
SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGE TO OTHER PROPERTY CAUSED BY ANY DEFECT IN THIS PRODUCT. INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, LOSS OF USE OF THIS PRODUCT OR ANY ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT, COST OF SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT, DOWNTIME COSTS OR CLAIMS OF ANY PARTY DEALING WITH PURCHASER FOR SUCH DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.   
 
Effect of State Law: 
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.   
 
Sales outside the Continental U.S.A.: 
For products sold outside the Continental U.S.A., contact your dealer or Wise Wing Customer Support for warranty service information.

Products Repaired or Replaced by ProLink Authorized Service Centers:
For original product that carried a 1 year limited warranty, the repaired or replaced product will carry a 30-day warranty or the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is longer. *Retain the RMA number the monitor was repaired or replaced with and the proof of purchase in your records.
Missing Items:
Report any missing item to Wise Wing Customer Support with valid proof of purchase within 15-days of purchase and we will ship the missing item at no charge. If the purchaser fails to report within the given time frame, a current charge will be made for the purchase of the missing item (This excludes any open box, clearance, close out or display products).
